ZEvRA Hackathon series: join the ELCA/ERCI Hack&Match event

The ELCA/ERCI Hack&Match event, “Design the Future, Hack the Waste: The Full-Lifecycle Mobility Challenge”, is part of the ZEvRA Hackathon Series and offers a collaborative space for addressing mobility and circular economy challenges through innovation.

The online event will connect challenge providers with SMEs, researchers and technology experts from across Europe to work together on real-world issues affecting the automotive sector. The focus is on developing solutions across the entire vehicle lifecycle, from eco-design and manufacturing to reuse, recycling and end-of-life recovery.

As part of the ZEvRA ecosystem, the initiative encourages OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers and use-case owners to submit concrete challenges and engage with a network of innovators capable of helping overcome technical and operational barriers. Particular attention will be given to topics such as the quality and traceability of recycled materials, circular vehicle design, dismantlability, reducing disassembly costs, improving communication between design and manufacturing teams, and meeting internal requirements for the use of recycled content.

The event aims to stimulate collaboration and knowledge exchange, helping transform practical challenges into innovative solutions that support a more circular and sustainable mobility value chain.
