The two Transport Research Awards competitions for the TRA VISIONS 2024 competition are open

• Students earning bachelor’s, master’s, and PhD degrees at universities and technical institutes are the target audience for the TRA VISIONS 2024 Young Research Competition. Young researchers have the chance to exhibit their work on a global scale at the Transport Research Arena (TRA 2024) event in Dublin, Ireland.
• The Senior Researcher Competition for TRA VISIONS 2024: Are you a pioneer in transportation? Have you conducted extremely influential research that was supported by the EU? If yes, you might be qualified for the senior researcher competition for TRA VISIONS. Modern transportation research has a significant impact on our lives and the world we live in, transforming how we travel, consume, and interact with each other.

Young and seasoned academics from all around Europe are invited to submit their ideas to the competitions as part of the TRA VISIONS series of EU-funded initiatives. The competition is open to both junior and senior researchers in the fields of road, rail, waterborne, airborne, and cross-modal transport, with the goal of showcasing European excellence and boosting the competitive advantage of the European transportation sector.
