The 2025 Horizon Europe Work Programme is out!
Following the info day, organised on 6th May 2025, the European Commission officially published, the Horizon Europe 2025 Work Programme. This WP marks a notable evolution in the EU’s research and innovation funding landscape, with a strong emphasis on competitiveness and simplification.
A maximum of 59 M€ is allocated to 2Zero Research and Innovation activities in the area of electric vehicles performance improvements, integration with the charging infrastructure, cybersecurity, post-crash safety …

With a leaner structure and push for simplification, the EU aims at making research funding more accessible, notably with lump sum funding for various topics.
Under the 2Zero partnership, five topics will be funded via a lump-sum. In addition, our topic “Efficient wireless stationary bidirectional charging solutions for road Light Duty Vehicles” will be part of the “societal readiness pilot” launched by the European Commission.
