XL-Connect final event to discuss the future of V2X deployment

The project XL-Connect will host its final event on 18 November 2026 in Aachen, Germany, bringing together experts from the energy and mobility sectors to discuss how Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X) solutions can move from pilot demonstrations to large-scale deployment. Hosted by RWTH Aachen, the event will showcase the project’s key results, including developments in V2G equipment, User Energy Management Interfaces (UEMI), digital twin models, operational strategies, virtual and real-world demonstrations, and impact assessment activities.

A dedicated panel discussion,“From Demonstration to Deployment: Making V2X the Default”, will explore how to scale up V2X solutions, strengthen their economic viability and establish sustainable business models. The programme will conclude with a visit to the Regionetz demonstration site.
