Sustainable transport integration into the grid

On 22 October 2024, from 14.00 to 15.30 (EU Projects Zone Hub – Theatre 1, Hub Sessions), our partner, ETIP-SNET, will host a “Sustainable transport integration into the grid” session. It will explore with BRIDGE the benefits and challenges of integrating power and transport sectors with a deep dive into V2G and grid infrastructure for e-mobility. Topics will include planning aspects such as coordinating charging station locations, capacities, and types and operational considerations such as power flows and EV battery degradation.

The session is programmed during the Enlit Forum that takes place from 22nd October 2024 to 24th October 2024 in Milan. Tne Enlit Forum is a dynamic and comprehensive event encompassing all aspects of the energy sector. It aims to connect industries, inspire action, and help Europe Evolve into one decarbonised and digitalised energy system for the energy transition across borders and sectors.

Once again, the forum will host the EU Projects Zone with its stands, offering a significant opportunity for EU-funded projects to showcase their findings and commitment to accelerating the energy transition. ETIP SNET, in collaboration with BRIDGE, will have a joint stand 6.E10-S01 at the event, marking the 7th year of the partnership with Enlit.
