SCALE project: 4th Bidirectional Cities Event

On May 23, 2025, from 14:00 to 15:30, the SCALE project is pleased to invite online cities, regions, and local grid operators to the 4th Bidirectional Cities Event focused on its newly published procurement guidelines for smart and bidirectional EV charging infrastructure.
The event will discuss how our SCALE procurement guidelines can:
✅ Address challenges in procuring smart and bidirectional charging infrastructure
✅ Align cities and DSOs around shared priorities
✅ Support collaboration and knowledge exchange between stakeholders
✅ Accelerate deployment of smart and bidirectional charging solutions
These guidelines have also been submitted for inclusion as an annexe to the European STF Procurement Handbook, further underlining their potential role in shaping EU-wide procurement practices for V2X infrastructure.
The online event will focus on the needs and priorities of European cities and grid operators when it comes to advancing V2G technology and smart charging.
