NextETRUCK Green Mobility Exchange side event in Amsterdam

NextETRUCK invites stakeholders to a free side session at the Green Mobility Exchange in Amsterdam, taking place on 12 May 2026 from 11:00 to 14:00 at Tolhuistuin in Amsterdam North. The event, organised within the broader initiative led by CENEX NL, aims to expand the traditional spring gathering by engaging a wider network of industry actors, OEMs, municipalities, and regional authorities, with a focus on advancing practical solutions for transport decarbonisation, energy systems, and the circular economy.
The session will open with an introduction to the NextETRUCK initiative, followed by presentations on key project developments, including the implementation and validation of megawatt charging technologies for heavy-duty electric vehicles. CENEX NL will also present its KITE Tool, supporting fleet operators in evaluating the transition to electric mobility through total cost of ownership and life-cycle impact assessments, alongside the TEIDE Tool and CERTH’s Logistics Planner. The programme will further include use case discussions from Barcelona and Istanbul, complemented by pitches from AEVETO cluster projects such as ESCALATE, ZEFES, FlexMCS, and MACBETH, offering insights into complementary approaches for zero-emission freight and heavy-duty transport.
The event will conclude with discussions and Q&A sessions, providing participants with an opportunity to exchange perspectives on real-world deployment challenges and innovation pathways in electric freight transport.
