EARPA FORM Forum – 3rd Edition postponed
EARPA FORM Forum 2020 postponed to 2021, Reception and Networking Dinner 2020 cancelled
In the past months, EARPA has been closely monitoring all COVID-19 developments inside and outside Belgium and it has been working hard to find a way to organize a ‘safe’ and high-quality FORM Forum 2020.
The Belgian government announced that from 8 June 2020 the lockdown is over and parts of normal life can be largely resumed and on 15 June Belgium has reopened its borders to visitors. However, larger conferences such as the FORM Forum are, at this moment, only allowed if social distancing is maintained taking into account protocols that have yet to be defined. It is currently still unclear, how long this situation will continue. A beneficial EARPA FORM Forum, with an expected number of 200+ attendees and a program which contains plenary sessions, exhibition and networking activities can therefore not be organized within current rules and regulations.
It is therefore with much regret that we have to inform you that the 3rd edition of the FORM Forum initially scheduled for 13-14 October 2020 will have to be postponed to October 2021. The exact dates are still under negotiation and will be confirmed as soon as possible.
