The report from the European Commission on R&I recommendations for battery cell sets out short and medium-term priorities – including several recommendations on Europe’s transition to a low-emission transport and a sustainable energy economy.

Thanks to an extra budget of € 100 million has become available to finance new topics on batteries to be included in the Horizon 2020 Work Programme for 2019 and 2020.
