New milestone: Batteries Europe elected its 1st Governing Board

Batteries Europe was established by the European Commission in 2019 and is the research and innovation platform of the European Battery Alliance (EBA), gathering public and private stakeholders along the whole value chain of battery production.

On October 22, 2019, the general assembly elected Batteries Europe’s first Governing Board – see below – thereby putting in place a strategic decision-making body composed of high-level representatives along the whole value chain.
