Join the EARPA FORM Forum 2023

The fourth edition of the Future of Road Mobility Forum – FORM Forum  will be held at The EGG in Brussels from October 17th to 18th, 2023. This year’s theme is “Transitioning Road Mobility: Towards Resilience and Circularity in a Digital World,” bringing together stakeholders from industry, academia, and government to share information and ideas.

The conference will start with a networking dinner on October 17th at the EARPA Showcase, providing attendees with the opportunity to connect with colleagues and new members in the field. For the following day, the organizing committee has prepared an exciting program with presentations from high-level speakers giving the latest insights and experiences, as well as young researchers presenting their novel research ideas.

The exhibition will feature over 20 exhibitors showcasing their research results, covering a wide range of hardware, materials, and technology. This exhibition will be the meeting place to learn about recent research achievements and show recent equipment, products, software, and services improving the “sustainable mobility culture of tomorrow.”

Besides EARPA members, EARPA project partners, involved in any aspect of Road Transport Research, are invited to submit successfully completed projects that are in line with EARPA’s vision for “Transitioning Road Mobility – towards resilience and circularity in a digital world.” Young researchers are vividly encouraged to present their novel research ideas in the form of an elevator pitch of maximum 3 minutes. The submission deadline for both is May 10th.
